Driven is Driving Traffic to Local Merchants in Response to COVID-19
Updated: 5 days ago
California has placed various regulations on residents and businesses in an effort to contain the spread of the COVID-19. As a result, residents are encouraged to stay home, and local restaurants, breweries, and many other establishments are doing what they can to keep their business operating. Many establishments have adapted by offering delivery and curbside pickup options to their customers. We have seen enormous growth in the delivery category, but many small businesses are suffering from the inability to host customers at their location(s). Driven recognizes the impact this has made on the businesses that make up our community. To help drive traffic to these local establishments that have been forced to drastically change their operations, we're using our delivery platforms, Ganjarunner, Budee, and Mountain High Recreation to help promote their business to our customers.
Driven is offering local businesses free placement on digital and print flyers to promote their take-out and delivery options. Print flyers began going out over the weekend of March 21st in Los Angeles County. The flyers are packed in the cannabis delivery bags with each customer's order. The content of the print promotions includes the logo, website, and contact information of establishments that have joined the program. Participating merchants also have the option to promote any discounts they are currently offering in their space on the promotional flyer. The establishments we have partnered with so far are eager to do what they can to stay afloat, and excited about the opportunity to work with Driven to promote their business to our loyal customer bases.
Starting this weekend, Ganjarunner will be launching digital campaigns encouraging customers to support these restaurants. Food and cannabis make the perfect pair! The digital promotions will reach the inboxes of thousands of our customers and link them to establishments incentivizing them to support local businesses during this unprecedented time.
Merchants can sign up for the program by registering online at ganjazones.com. The program launched on Saturday and will continue to expand across the state as more merchants participate.
